The various rooms available for your holiday in the Taunus
Here we offer an overview of the various rooms at the resort and information about the different areas.

You will find the Taunusstube adjacent to the inner courtyard where the rooms and apartments meet.

An ideal place for getting together
This is directly next to the inner courtyard and is an extension to the rooms and apartments.
Many guests use it as a meeting place, right next to the pleasantly arranged inner courtyard, for a congenial time together. Here you will find games and tables where you can sit together and have a good time.
- The Taunusstube is open from 9.30 a.m. to 12 a.m. In the daytime the Taunusstube may be used as a group meeting room
- In the evening it may be used by our house guests. It is an ideal place to chat and relax after a seminar or any other event
- Television
- Please be considerate to other guests ( quiet after 11 p.m.)
- We do not always have staff around in the Taunusstube. This is why a list is placed on the bar for you to enter your drinks and group name. These will be added to your final bill or, depending on the arrangement, to the group’s final bill
- In case you wish to play billiards or table football, you can play in a room next to the Taunusstube. This can also be accessed from a door outside

Just off the main entrance hall you will find the dining hall , where, in addition to a large buffet area you will enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the Taunus

You will find the entrance to the dining hall directly next to the spacious entrance hall. This dining area offers a generous buffet with a panoramic view of the hills and forests of the Taunus. There is an extensive balcony where you can sit, weather permitting.
MEALS
Breakfast is available from 8.00-.9.30 a.m.
Lunch is served in the dining hall at 12.30 p.m.
Dinner is served in the dining hall from 6.30-7.30 p.m.
Information about meals
• The daily menu can be seen at the door of the dining hall
• if a special diet is required ( vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free), please contact our staff in the dining hall
• drinks are offered during the meals. If other cold drinks are desired, you may buy them from the refrigerator
• we ask you to clear away the used plates and cutlery on to the trolley provided

Conferences and seminars in the Taunus
There are five well-equipped conference rooms at the Resort
The conference room “The Ark”
Our largest conference room, The Ark, is on the first floor. With an area of 163sqm. this room is very suitable for conferences, seminars and events with up to 130 guests. It is a wonderfully bright room, thanks to a very extensive panoramic window which offers a beautiful view of the Taunus forests. Projector and sound system are permanently installed in this room. A digital piano is also available.
Conference Rooms No.1+2
This room covers an area of 115sqm. leading out on to the large inner courtyard, and can hold up to 60 guests. Here you will find a digital piano and a projector. On request conference room No.2 (72sqm.) can be connected with room No.1.
Conference room No.3
This room (60sqm.) is on the first floor and is just right for meetings and seminars for groups up to approx.40 guests. A digital piano is also available.

This room, is to be found in the main building. Views over the Taunus countryside.
Conference room No.5
This room is opposite conference room 4 and is suitable for smaller groups, counselling, as a conference office or for consultation.
Conference room No.6
This room is on the first floor with a balcony for short breaks. It is suitable for small groups and seminars of about 10 people. In addition there is a small kitchen where one can prepare refreshments.
Conference room No.7
This room is next to conference room 6 and is suitable for small groups of up to 10 people.
The conference rooms are very well equipped for conferences and seminars in the Taunus!

Drinks
If you have booked a conference room, the drinks (water in a crate) are available. These can be paid for in the baskets provided or added to the final bill. Drinks are also available in the Taunusstube.
Afternoon coffee
Pre-ordered coffee with biscuits, cake or fruits can be taken in the conference room or in the dining hall. You may order coffee for your group at the reception desk at least a day before (the cake is freshly delivered). The coffee automat in the foyer offers a drink for in between.

A relaxing holiday in the Taunus
The resort is equipped with a newly renovated sauna area where you can completely relax. You may expect a finnish-style sauna, modern showers and a comfortable well-appointed resting-room where you can switch off after a time in the sauna and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
The sauna is available for our house guests at minimal cost.
Price for a group: :
3 hours for € 30,-Opening times:
6.30 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.
The sauna has to be booked at the reception desk an hour prior to use.
Wellness for body and soul
A sauna is recommended as a preventative measure against colds and is used therapeutically for certain medical symptoms.
As your body sweats at a temperature of over 39 C. degrees all germs will be destroyed as is the case when you have fever.
The cold bath/shower then relaxes your muscles, blood pressure is lowered and all functions ( breathing, circulation, immune system) are positively influenced.
Your whole system feels better!
Apart from the cleansing effect of a sauna, your skin remains younger for longer!

We have our own heated indoor swimming pool with the main swimmer’s pool and a children’s pool.

What you need to know about using the swimming pool
- The swimming pool belongs to the Holiday resort and is open from 6.30 a.m. until 10.30 p.m
- You may ask for the code at the reception desk to open the entrance lock.
- The use of the pool is at your own risk! Parents are responsible for their children (the code is only issued to adults)
- Children under 12 yrs. must be accompanied by adults
- Before entering the pool please place your shoes by the changing cubicle
- Please take a shower before bathing
- No jumping allowed from the side of the pool!
- We take no responsibility for valuables and clothes!
- Please do not take glass bottles and food into the pool area
